ABOUT ANGELA ZINK
Chef Angela's passion for cooking stems from her Italian heritage that ultimately led her to attend the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco. Following her graduation in 2000, she moved to the Big Island to further her culinary knowledge by training under Executive Chef Jackie Lau of Roy's Waikoloa Bar and Grill. After discovering the joy of interacting and the creativity that comes from working with clients personally, she decided to redirect her focus and work exclusively as a private chef. Chef Angela's impressive clientele includes local and visiting families to corporate and Hollywood luminaries. Mama bear of two beautiful kiddos, Angela spends her off time traveling, soaking up the Hawaiian sun and enjoying island living...

Based on what we were interested in having for our main course she created a wonderful menu for our review and approval. The day of our wedding she arrived early set everything up and started her preparation. To our surprise she even created a beautiful display for the table. The courses she prepared were beautifully presented and the meal simply delicious. She was there to serve us, she cleaned everything up and off she went. We have had the pleasure of Angela's company and cooking for a few years, and the day always is a bit sunnier and happier when we know she is coming to cook.
